Prior to founding 1019 Healthcare Solutions, Heather's experiences include more than 25 years of long-term care executive leadership experience. She became a Licensed Health Facility Administrator in 2002 and has served in a variety of executive leadership roles both at facility and corporate levels. Heather specializes in company culture reset, stabilization and turnaround. Heather's core belief of creating a holistic resident centered culture is the foundation of 1019 Healthcare Solutions. Heather is a graduate of Indiana State University. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators and a past Executive Commitee Board Member of LeadingAge of Indiana.

Prior to consulting with 1019 Healthcare Solutions, James' experiences include Area Director of Operations for Bloom Senior Living’s Indiana Region, as well as Executive Director for
national and regional operators. His expertise and success in community turnaround has been featured in LEVIN Associates magazine. James’ commitment to his core values of creating a living environment that fosters resident growth and independence and providing associates with the tools, resources and encouragement to achieve greatness are keys to each community's success. He is a graduate of Indiana State University, and The University of the State of New York.
