The Community
Belle's Place of Bedford sits in a peaceful country setting in Bedford, Indiana, where the calm surroundings feel like a true retreat. We care about making the experience living here like a true small neighborhood. For example our memory care neighborhood, “The Studios”, is home to just eight residents, with one caregiver for every eight. A community this size means our team knows each person by heart, and every day is full of the kind of attention, comfort, and genuine connection that simply is not possible in a larger place.

A community is best experienced in person, but our gallery gives you a glimpse of the spaces, the moments, and the warmth that make Belle's Place of Bedford home.

Our Approach
We see families as an extension of our community. Whether it is a quick visit, sharing a meal, or spending time together during an activity, your presence is always welcomed and encouraged. Because at 1019, the best moments are often the ones that are shared.

Sometimes the best moments come on four legs. Pets are always welcome to visit at Belle's Place of Bedford. From family pets stopping by to pet therapy visits, these moments often create some of the most meaningful connections for our residents.
For details on our specific pet visiting guidelines, please contact Belle's Place of Bedford directly. We are happy to walk you through what is allowed and how we can help make visits special.

Everything here was built around the way memory care should feel, right down to the apartments. Our suites are intentionally smaller and simpler, which makes a real difference for someone living with dementia. There is less to manage and more that feels familiar. Easier to move through, easier to settle into, and far less overwhelming than a large, unfamiliar space.
A layout that makes sense day after day brings a quiet kind of comfort. Residents can find their way with confidence, keep a sense of independence, and feel at home in a place that was thoughtfully made for them. Because the right space does not just hold someone safely. It helps them feel at ease.

Every resident at Belle's Place of Bedford has a story that deserves to be heard. These are some of the moments, the milestones, and the people who make our community what it is.
